Applebee's Grill + Bar 4041 U.S. Highway 93 South, Missoula, MT 59801

"After a hectic day my family and I decided to order Applebees to go for a quick takeout meal, which me and my wife have enjoyed eating here for 20+ years, We ordered online and made the 45 minute drive from hamilton to missoula, arrived right on time for when the order said ready for pickup. I walked in leaving my wife and two tired and cranky toddlers in the car thinking this would be pick up and off we go, I was told the order wasn't ready yet which was no big deal, I get staffing shortages lately, i work in customer service we all have them. I waited around about 25 more minutes thinking any minute our food would be ready, I was told by the hostess I need to go look through the to-go bags on the counter and see if any were mine... somewhat annoyed and not feeling like it was really my place to do this I went up and looked through the bags which seemed very unsanitary to be digging through other people's food bags to see that none of them were our order. I sat back down in the waiting area with the family waiting in the car. After about 20 more minutes of waiting I was approached by a young employee to be told that my order was picked up 30 minutes ago by someone else, Somewhat flustered by the wait time and that my order was still not ready and missing, I asked well that wasnt me that picked it up obviously, how can this be resolved? I was immediately met with a "there's nothing we can do and you're just gonna have to wait for a new order which is going to be a while there's nothing we will or can do about this." Extemely flustered and 50 minutes of waiting at this point and two toddlers screaming in the car I go outside and tell my wife the situation and she agrees to switch with me waiting in the car and she will wait for the food inside, she informs them we're waiting on our order and they say let me go talk to the manager, the manager never comes out to see the problem or look for a resolution. Soon they come back and say yeah it'll be ready soon and still no resolution which is now an hour past pick up, finally our order is received and on the way home from this hellish Applebee's experience. Seems like management doesn't care about customer satisfaction or resolving problems, you may get a free desert but no resolution to your actual problems. Time for management to step it up!"

"We ordered the artichoke dip. It was a small ramekin of dip, a huge pile of bad chips and a ketchup container of salsa. The rest of the meal followed suit. Probably played out for us."

"Stopped into Apple Bees with my significant other today to have some lunch. Since we weren't looking to spend much, we specifically wanted something off of the 2 for menu (which includes 2 select entrees plus an appetizer/or two salads all for $25, $29, or $32). We did the 2 for $29 deal and its super worth it! I got the Riblets with coleslaw and fries, he got the Broccoli, Chicken Alfredo and we got the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. Since we both only had water, our bill was only $29! What a great deal! Both of our entrees were delicious with a big enough serving to take some home. The mozzarella sticks were perfect and came out very fast. Great atmosphere too!"

"Every 6 months or so, I think “Let’s give Applebees’s a try” and then I get this served to me. Mmm…. So appetizing with the hand formed mashed potatoes (why are there fingerprints on my potatoes?) and the so-called 6oz. steak looking like 3oz burnt hockey puck. I replaced the broccoli with a side salad and that’s all I could eat and even that was gross. The cucumbers and tomatoes were soupy like salsa and the lettuce was limp. I don’t know what I expected when the restaurant was a mess itself with dirty napkins and utensils scattered on the carpet and plenty of tables waiting to be bussed. But I did have expectations and I guess that’s bad on me."

"So it was a bad night at Applebees. First off we got no water despite asking for it twice. Our drinks stayed empty wat too long and as you will see in the photos the double burger looked more like a slider. It's a shame Applebees, please do better."
