"I order take out often (probably too much). Im nearly always happy with the food but the girl behind the counter... she's gotta go. Blonde, ponytail, 5'7ish. SO RUDE. She's gotten worse as time goes on. Last time I went in, I said I have a pickup order for Kris. She looked at me with a clueless expression, dropped her hand on a bag and looked back at me and mumbled something and I said 'excuse me?' She asked if it could be under another name and I said 'Kristene' (evidently it was hard to make this connection???), she grabbed that same bag, dropped it in front of me and dropped her hand on it and turned around. I had a choice word or two and left. This is one of our favorite places, but I will not go back as long as she's working there."
"I ordered through GrubHub, paid $27 for a Caesar salad that came in a container that would MAYBE hold a scoop of ice cream but had a little container of dressing which took up probably 1/5th of the container, and buttered noodles with marinated steak which came in a normal small salad-sized container. I could’ve made this stuff on my own for a LOT less money, so this is my first and only order from Noodles & Co. AND hopefully my last bout of laziness because I didn’t feel like cooking."
"If this was my 1st visit we would never come back. Food came burnt and employees seemed not to care. We ate what we could because we simply did not have time to wait for a remake or a refund- neither was offered. Most tables were clearing dirty and trashes were overflowing. I work service industry so I understand the struggles currently facing this type of business, but dang it's really showing here."
"I came here for the first time thinking I would get a decent amount of food for the price. The girl at the front counter wasn't friendly and I honestly don't think she wanted to be there. I ordered Japanese noodles ($7) I asked if I could get some meat on it she said that would be an extra 5 dollars I think it was I said that was fine. I also asked for a drink she never asked me what size I wanted just handed me a cup. I think all together it was a little under $17. When I got my food I almost felt like walking out but I was really hungry. Man it was such a small bowl with 2 big pieces of meat and that's it! Two pieces of meat for $5! That's insane. I was so disappointed I left that place hungry, after I left I ended up getting some Panda Express. I should have just gone to Mongolian, never coming back here again."
"We went here for the first time today even though they've been around us for nearly a decade wherever we lived. I have to say how utterly disappointed I am with the food. The macaroni and cheese was noodles with some shredded cheese on top which was very disappointing and needless to say it was very dry. The spaghetti with meatballs was also a highly disappointing dish. The meatballs tasted like store-bought Frozen foam with a hint of natural gas added to them. The spaghetti sauce tasted like something out of a can. Needless to say I would never order this again nor would I recommend it to anyone. The garlic cheese bread was also a big disappointment. I ordered six pieces thinking that that would be enough for me and my wife and my youngest daughter and when I saw these they were only about an inch and a half long. They were absolutely tiny the cheese wasn't even attached to the bread and it was very much lacking flavor like everything else we had tonight. I also ordered a penne pasta with chicken which none of us have yet tried because we were so highly disappointed in the rest of the food. I also ordered two small containers of their steak which were about $5 each and the steak tasted like slowly processed pot roast. Overall this really was a very bad experience for spending nearly $70. I would not recommend Noodles and Company to anyone and I don't see myself ever returning. One dish being bad is acceptable and worth the second chance. Two dishes being bad is close to a second chance. But three people not liking anything out of five different dishes is just not worth a return. I could have made all this food at home much cheaper and probably quicker than it took me to drive there and back home. Not a fan at all. Sorry for the bad review but I believe in giving honest reviews and this is my honest opinion."
