Our repair shop features six repair stations and a saw chain making/sharpening station. All are helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and take the time to understand the needs and fulfill them...without the upsell, add-on, or shotgun parts-guessing in order to resolve the original issue. Cycles, Sleds, and Saws also has a wide range of parts and accessories on-hand...which can be a life-saver when out here in the backwoods, 140 miles from the next nearest shop. "Not impressed. Took my machine in for a tune up and carb adjust, got it back with a charge to fix the ignition, funny thing I started it up and loaded it with no Problem. I was quoted one price and without. notification the price jumped another almost $200, needless to say I was not happy. If the price for something is going to change call and get an ok. Had to take it to another shop to get it adjusted to run correctly. I would not recommend!"
