"Like other 1 star reviews indicate; don't expect this place to actually honor any warranty. I brought in a battery that was just a few days past 2 years old. The battery has a 3 year warranty; almost a year left. But they won't honor the warranty. Little child working at the counter took my battery & said he wouldn't want to try & charge it, because it was obviously frozen & the sides were bulging out. He said he'd have wait for the manager to come back, then he'd call me. Apparently employees can't do anything without a manager holding their hand. The child called me back after a few hours of waiting. Said the manager decided they weren't going to honor the warranty, or do anything about about it. So I went & got the battery back. I'll definitely be contacting the manufacturer directly, as well as corporate. This store is a joke & the manager is an incompetent stain. My family has went there for years, but obviously won't be back there ever again."

"My car battery died a slow and lingering death. I went in with the warranty only a month from expiring and the manager without hesitation told his staff to hook me up with a new battery. Thanks so much!"

"Will never return. My phone needed a new battery. They gave me a cheap battery that won’t hold a charge and won’t download software updates. Took my phone in to Big Sky Cell Phone & Repair for another new battery. Joe explained why my phone wasn’t performing well. Nice to have an honest repair shop that I can trust. Batteries Plus just lost a customer forever. Go see Big Sky cell instead."
