"My friends and I were referred to Willy's by a car car. I recently had an oil change and minor repairs completed at his shop. The office staff gave me the quote to complete the work. Knowing things needed to be replaced, I did not hesitate to have the work completed. However, after looking at the bill, I noticed they charged me to replace the rotors. When staff told me I needed break pads, there was no mention of rotors. Willy explained that rotors are a part of a break job. He said I wasn't charged for work that wasn't completed. I understand that I simply think educating consumers helps them to make informed decisions. He said if he had to explain every little that was done during repairs, he would have to charge more money. That's an interesting response, indeed. I'm glad my car is repaired, but being upfront and honest about what's being done and the breakdown of all expenses is what providing quality service is all about."

"Overall best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic! I went in to get my low beam bulb and o2 sensor replaced. Come to find out the wiring for the headlight was melted and needed replacement. They were kind and honest and took the time to fix the issue. Even though I was a walk in, they were able to take care of me in just a few hours. The waiting room being comfortable was an added bonus! 10/10 would recommend!"
