"I was driving through Missoula on a friday afternoon broke down and all the shops we booked. Firestone was booked. Kevin took the time to listen to our situation and had us drop it off so he could try and help us between appointments. He had us back on the road the next morning by 10 am! A big thank you to him and his crew. These guys are honest and trustworthy I would highly recommend."

"I went to Firestone to get my spark plugs replaced on my v8 truck. They said the plugs were going to cost $25 a piece because they had to get them from local dealers and that was their price. However, when I found them online at local dealers I found them for way cheaper than $25. They did mention a 10% increase in price per plug because they had to get them but even with that increase it was nowhere near $25. About a third of the way through them working on my truck I asked them what the total was going to come out to and they said it was gonna be $590 for A SPARK PLUG REPLACEMENT. I asked them how in the world they could charge so much for spark plugs and then they mentioned that they wear going to clean my fuel intake as well. This is something that I DID NOT ask for which had they went along and done without me stopping them would’ve been an extra $170. How could they possibly just add such an expensive service I never asked for in the first place? I then had to wait nearly 4 hours for them to do a spark plug replacement which is genuinely absurd. The total came out to $400. I am convinced they screwed me over on the price and time because I am younger and look inexperienced. I will never in my life use Firestone again. Complete waste of time and money. I thought having someone else do the spark plugs would be nice because I’d already don’t everything else that needed to be done to the truck but don’t bother. If you can do it yourself do that or take your vehicles somewhere else."

"I’ve been coming to Firestone Missoula for years. I’ve always been happy with the work they do and how willing they are to make things right. Recently I threw a knock sensor code in my ‘96 T100. While it was an intensive fix for those generations (the sensors are buried in the valley of the engine), they were able to work with me and my busy schedule to schedule a fix. I dropped my truck off and they got the sensors replaced and the truck back to me the same day! Impressive for a job like that. Kevin and the crew are a great bunch who know about what they do and care about what they do. I’m always happy to take my truck there when it needs fixing."

"Wyatt was very helpful and wasn’t a pushy salesman. He gave me the information I needed to make a decision on what tires to go with and didn’t try to make me buy the most expensive. The service crew was experienced and quick. I would definitely recommend this location."

"Terrible service let them know we had to pick up our kids from school needed snow tires put on. Told us come down we have 5 open bays sat there three hours they didn’t even touch car. Could care less we drove an hour to have tires done."
