"Tldr: Dan and his wife Bobby went above and beyond to help us when our truck needed emergency repairs 70+ miles away from home. 10/10, would recommend! The 1992 Ford F150 my uncle and I were in developed a very bad leak in the fuel line while we were 70+ miles from home with no cell service. We managed to find wifi to call out. I called around trying to find someone to help us that day so we could get back home, and was referred to Devine Performance by another mechanic in Libby. When we explained the issue over the phone, Dan began by recommending we try a possible easy fix ourselves and let him know. When it turned out to not be the issue, he somehow made time to fit us into his day for a visit. It turned out the fuel line was an unserviceable and needed replaced. He clearly communicated what he'd need to do to fix it and even showed us the part he'd install to replace the old one. His wife Bobby let us sit in their office as he worked. Her friendly attitude made us feel very welcome. He was able to get a 2 hour job done in 1.9, enough time left in the day for us to get about halfway home before a crazy snowstorm hit. The final invoice clearly laid out the reasons behind every charge (just labor and parts) so even a kindergartener could understand. The prices were reasonable, and way less than I expected since it was a last minute emergency. The gas line is still doing just fine with his repairs. Very grateful to Dan and Bobby for everything they did for us in a sticky situation!"

"Sometimes good deals are to good to be true. Friendly yes. Yes, they got us back on the road after a radiator failure, yes they installed a new radiator. I was charged for an upper radiator hose, they installed the wrong one, too short and about to slip off. Didn’t purge the cooling system of air and I had to put another gallon in it (only holds 3 gallons to begin with and they charged me for 3... at $19 a gallon). Charged $33 for a $9 thermostat and $90 to install it (has 2 bolts...), $16 for the wrong upper radiator hose, $234 for a $100 radiator, $54 to install the hoses ( should have been included with radiator labor). If you have them work on your car, bring plenty of $$ and be prepared to work on it yourself when they are done. Well, at least I got home with it only slightly overheating. Part 2: a week later still running a little warm, pulled the "180" thermostat out that I was charged $33 buck for and low and behold, it was a 195 degree thermostat... not a common mistake and neither was the wrong radiator hose. Save your money, take your car to a mechanic that won't screw you."

"Devine Performance is a company I highly recommend, their customer service is "Old School" and totally about serving their customer. Just recently, I needed a "Tow" of my vehicle and Mike was there to meet my every need. Because I was approximately 1.5 hours away from Libby, MT. Mike kept me updated from the time he was dispatched until he reached me by calling and sending text messages keeping me posted of his arrival time. That is very reassuring as a stranded motorist. His skill set was very professional, loading and unloading up my vehicle, was done in a skillful, smooth transition, he treated my vehicle as if it were his. He also allowed me complete control of the heater in the Tow Truck for my comfort level, knowing I had been in a cold car for a long period of time.
