"Unfortunately I have to give David a bad rating. Which is surprising for me because my dear sweet sister-in-law confidently told me David was golden, which is why I elected to give him a try. I do appreciate David and his staff for helping me out with my complicated taxes but here are my reasons why I can't trust David to manage my taxes going forward: 1 - My tax forms had multiple typos. Based on what I can tell, David probably skimmed my details and did not pay adequate attention to details. 2 - my step daughter does not carry my surname, which is clearly obvious on all my applicable tax documents. David submitted my taxes with the incorrect surname listed for her. For some, this may not seem like big issues but for me these are concerning issues. I see this as a service being provided for a fee and the services are done perfunctory at best. It shouldn't take much to proofread your work before finalizing the service that you charge for. I as the customer should not have to contact the provider to point out grammatical errors after the service was completed and charged for. This isn't a 10th grade science report, these are my state and federal taxes we're dealing with. Best of luck to you and your staff David. Again, I appreciate your help but I see no reason to maintain our recurring business relationship at this point."
