"My experience at Tax Time was judgement, negativity, and disrespect. Rob did mine and my fiancees taxes. We felt judged right from the beginning. We are a blended, biracial and non-married family, which I feel had something to do with how we were treated by Rob. He assumed right away that the insurance coverage was Medicaid and that my finacee had full custody of her daughter which tells me he has stereotypes. There were a lot of comments from Rob about "If you were married". We had to look on the IRS webpage to double check him, had we not reviewed the webpage he may not have added some deductions to my fiancees taxes. We are hard working individuals that deserve to be treated as so. We will not be going back or recommending anyone to Tax Time in the future"
"The team over at Tax Time has done my taxes and they got me a great refund. Annika was very kind and personable and Rob did my taxes. Just so you know -- they give you this really nice gift after you are all done. The process was pretty painless and despite the fact that I had a few complicated issues, they got everything to work out. In fact, there was a point during the process that Rob started to give me advise on what to do in the future to help save money on taxes -- I can't thank him enough. He probably saved me from having to pay taxes on about $300k -- now that's the type of accountant and tax person that you want. So if you need accounting, payroll services or taxes done, come here because they sure have taken care of me."
