"My experience at Tax Time was judgement, negativity, and disrespect. Rob did mine and my fiancees taxes. We felt judged right from the beginning. We are a blended, biracial and non-married family, which I feel had something to do with how we were treated by Rob. He assumed right away that the insurance coverage was Medicaid and that my finacee had full custody of her daughter which tells me he has stereotypes. We had to look on the IRS webpage to double check him, had we not reviewed the webpage he may not have added some deductions to my fiancees taxes. Just so you know -- they give you this really nice gift after you are all done. The process was pretty painless and despite the fact that I had a few complicated issues, they got everything to work out.
