"Our company found out the ERC window was closing the 3rd week of Jan 2024 and we had originally submitted all documents with another ERC company in early fall 2023 but they had done nothing in months. "I've already spoken with these obnoxious people several times and have expressed my desire for them to quit calling. By refusing my continued requests, it is obvious these are scammers/crooks. They are still continuing to call. Have now begun documenting the calls and time and date for further legal actions."

JOIN THE CLASS ACTION WHICH WILL BE FILED SHORTLY AND SHOW AS PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE IF YOU SEARCH UNDER CLASS ACTION SUITS."

"I've never heard any updates about the process if my analysis except when I insist. If you are a small business looking for employee retention credit, be careful working with them. They will take all of your information and after a month still say "we are working on your analysis" we will be with you as soon as possible. The sad thing is that this company acts like they really care, but they are only looking out for their own best interests. Also calling their 877 # only gets you an recording service and a live person never comes on the line."
