"I have not had a good experience using this company to do my taxes. I was told I would meet with a person to go over tax information I gave them, then I was told they didn’t have time before the tax deadline and to set up an appointment for a meeting after taxes were submitted to ask questions. I have called 3 times to set up and appointment since then and have always been told they would call me back. I feel like I would have been better off just using turbo tax and pay 1/6th the price. I will not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone."
