"This review is directed at the business, not the doctors. I've wasted several hours now trying to settle my account which is still not resolved although I eventually was told it would be after the 4th call. When my payment got lost in the mail, I canceled the check and paid in full over the phone. My payment finally came and instead of calling me or returning my check to me, they cashed it even though the account was already paid in full and it bounced, due to me canceling it. They were trying to charge me for the returned check fee! No one I have spoken with was able to waive the fee on the spot and they would not let me speak to the person who would. Given the choice I would not recommend this company to anyone. Most of us don't have a choice so the big takeaway here is don't pay by mail!"
