"I am incredibly disappointed with Bridgeway Integrated Services. I attempted to have my medical records transferred, but they made the process impossible and left me feeling disrespected. Despite calling, leaving messages, and visiting their office, I was unable to get a hold of them for several weeks. They never returned my calls or did what I asked after speaking with them over the phone. And when I went to their office, it wasn't open, even though their hours on Google indicated that it would be. The entire experience was frustrating and disrespectful. As a patient, I expected better customer service and professionalism from a medical practice. The fact that they were so unresponsive and failed to meet even basic expectations is unacceptable. The transfer of medical records is an important process that should be handled with care and efficiency, but Bridgeway Integrated Services failed to do so. It is evident that they need to improve their processes and approach to patient care if they want to maintain their reputation and retain their clients."
