"Everything went as planned. I was on time and they were on time. Dr. Harrison was great, he did everything he said he would. All the staff were polite and well-educated. The nurses just awesome. Danielle went above and beyond. It was as if she saved me from a burnin building. Excellent nurse and great at stressfull insurance and business matters, and quick. Thanks to you all."

"We were told to arrive at 6:15 am for my wife's MRI. We arrived 10 minutes early and no one was at the front desk. Everyone was in a classroom for a training with the door open watching us as we walked around looking for help. We finally found someone on the second floor to help us and we were told that they had us scheduled over at the hospital at 6:15 and not the Orthopedic Center. When we arrived at the hospital the receptionist said "Well your more than 20 minutes late.." Yeah that tends to happen when your scheduling sends people to the wrong location and you have no one at the front desk to help them. Good grief Intermountain."

"From the friendly professional front desk staff checking in, to our pre-op nurse, Dr. Harrison, our anesthesiologist, OR nurses, and post op nurses we had a wonderful refreshing experience. That has not been the case with all IHC facilities, but for this center if they had a 10 star rating, we would gladly give them one!!!
