"This was not an easy review to write. I didn't want to leave 1 star. I wanted to leave 5. It started out great 2 months ago when I was sent here for x-rays and an MRI. Everyone was very pleasant. The x-ray technician was great, with a wonderful personality. It's always a good feeling when you are in need of something like this and you walk away impressed. That's what makes this so tough. Getting the imaging done was a breeze, especially when you're experiencing a lot of pain. I would like to say getting the results was just as easy but it has not been. I was asked who I wanted the results to go to and I told them specifically. They looked up the name and said, we sure can. However almost 2 months later the provider has yet to receive the results. I've called and been transferred but to the wrong place. They in turn transferred me again to the wrong place. I have called and left detailed messages. I have received no responses. I believe one person mentioned going there and getting them myself. If I could go jump in my vehicle and drive there and wait for them to be given to me, I most certainly would. But I cannot. I am lucky when I can walk to my mailbox and I haven't been able to drive in over a year. I cannot find anyone there to assist me. So now what? I don't know. I have another appointment in two days, still with no images. I have an appointment with a surgeon, still with no images. I believe if the images were not going to be sent to my providers then imaging should not have asked me and led me to believe they were going to do so. Seems like a lot of time and money has been put into this only to have my images in some computer or machine and not in the hands of the people who need these to attempt to help me get at least some better."
