"They called for a credit card 3 times and 3 times I gave them a different card number to run. Never heard back from them. So it was thought to be resolved. Imagine my surprise when I get court stuff saying my $100 bill is now $600 from some ambulance chasing shyster lawyer even though they didn't even for anything. Trying to call their billing department is a joke, IF you can get in touch with them they take forever to get anything resolved. Can't even finish getting it resolved on a 1 hour lunch break."

"If I could put negative stars I would. Had to have an emergency surgery, He over dosed, me took over 2 hours after surgery to become coherent and be able to stay awake (This was my 4th surgery so I have a reference to how long it should take). Then trying to figure out my bill every number I find is an off shore number. Charge me, crazy over dose me and then I cant even speak to someone in America."

"I had a child in Feb.2019, I paid every cent I owed them. They served me court papers for $90 almost 5 years later, now they want $400 in lawyer fees too.They didn't try to contact me once to resolve this $90. It's been so long. I have no proof I paid it because who keeps those records for this long. It will cost me more money in lawyer fees and missing work to resolve this. Shame on you for doing this!"

"I called to confirm my bill balance. I provided my personal information-normal procedure then I was asked who provided the service and the name??? No thank you. I told the rep to tell me that information???Send me a bill in the mail."
