"I saw Safia for some viral issues I was experiencing -- really bad congestion, headache, cough, blocked ears, etc. I was frustrated because I had gone to a different CHC clinic earlier in the week and felt they didn't give me many solutions. But Safia was so knowledgeable and it was the first time I have truly felt heard by a doctor! I did everything she suggested and within a day I was already feeling better. I definitely give kudos to her and am very thankful she was the provider I saw that day!!"

"Doctor is nice but staff was unhelpful. I waited 40minutes to be called back for my appointment and two other people who came in after me got called back. When I asked one of the ladies if I was going to get called next she simple stated ,,i dont know. Sorry, and walked back into the room. I later on called to reschedule my appointment and explained what happened and the person on the other side didn't even acknowledge my frustration. They stayed quiet and then asked when I could come back. Cannot give a good review with this type of treatment. I felt it was very unprofessional."
