"My son was sick and my regular doctor couldn't find time to squeeze us in. A friend of mine told me about Doctor Shaw so we called them and they made time to fit us in on the same day. Turned out my son had RSV. He and his staff were all so amazing and understanding. They didn't find room in their schedule, they made room. I've never felt like a provider cared this much about my son's health. We will be continuing to come to Dr. Shaw as our primary doctor from now on."

"I would not recommend Dr Shaw or his practice. I’ve never been so disrespected by a doctor or staff. Unkind, derogatory, and lacking in basic human decency. Find a different doctor."

"I LOVE Dr Shaw. I LOVE his MA’s. I LOVE the main receptionist Macey. But the woman who (I think) handles his billing (maybe?) and sometimes covers phones….whatever her actual position is….will be the reason that neither I or anyone in my family will not be returning. Even though I rarely have had to put up with her attitude…and I have looked past the way she treats myself and others around….I am done with her. Speaking to her….listening to her…..she is a condescending bully that has no business working in a medical office where kindness, patience, and mindfulness are absolutely critical for working with the public feeling under the weather already. Done done done done. If she leaves, I’ll be back. Until then, I will find another doctor office. Even one interaction with her is too much."

"Dr. Shaw is the most greedy doctor I’ve met. He “cut” my baby’s frenulum in the hospital the day he was born and it was unsuccessful so we had to have two other doctors do it after. We expressed that we didn’t feel like we should have to pay Shaw’s bill since it did more damage than good. He refuses to talk to us and just makes his receptionist say that what he did was successful yet I have proof of multiple medical record notes saying otherwise. They won’t hear us out and they’re unempathetic regarding what my baby and I had to go through for him to just be able to eat."

"Dr. Shaw is an amazing doctor who geniunely cares about his patients. My wife and I feel very welcomed here at this office. The nurses are great, and get the job done quickly. Not only does the staff treat their pateints like friends, but when you first enter the building it looks like a proffesional office. Dr. Shaw never ceases to amze me with how he treats his patients. Although there are good doctors around, he is the best family doctor in the valley!"
