"Very clean. Wish you could just walk in for help. But you have to make an appointment."
"Very disappointed with our visit here. We traveled out of state for a funeral and my one year old son was very sick. We stayed at a hotel nearby and decided to bring him here. The guy who came to see us walked in, didn't even tell us his name and asked what was wrong. I told him my concerns and his symptoms and let him know he'd been exposed to covid, the flu, and strep with siblings. He hadn't even examined my child before telling me it wasn't strep throat because that comes and goes in 4 days time and clears up on it's own with no meds. Mind you we are very familiar with the virus and my daughter just had it and was on amoxicillin. I should have left then but was in shock. He listened to his lungs said they were fine, looked in his throat but said it was too hard to see anything. Didn't check his ears. He told me he's just sick because we traveled from a different state and he can't give him anything. I was concerned with RSV and he said probably not that because we are at the tail end of the season so not likely. He said he would test for it but there was no medical professional there that day for testing. Who doesn't have staff there for running tests?! He said I can call back tomorrow and try again. I asked what medicine to give and he said, "Oh give him...oh wait sorry I can't remember the name of the medicine, I wish I could remember." He then remembered it started with something named "LIL" and that's all he could help me with. When I asked him what it's supposed to treat he said, "this" and pointed to my son. Assuming the "LIL" medicine with no name would treat every symptom my son had. He apologized and left. We packed up our things shocked and he came in when we were leaving saying maybe he could check his oxygen. It took about 5 more minutes because he said he didn't know how to work the machine. Since they already had our insurance and we had to leave the next morning for a funeral we decided to call back and see if the testing person was in the office at 8am. They said sorry she's not in try back at 9am. At that point I was so upset we had to check out of the hotel and leave and couldn't come back. Nor would I ever after that experience. If you have sick kids, I highly recommend finding another clinic. The strep throat comment was so horrible I'm struggling to believe he was even a doctor. I'm extremely upset our insurance will be billed and we will have to pay for this horrific and unhelpful advice."
"This used to be an amazing clinic, I’ve been going here for years. But in the last few months it has gone completely downhill. I have to play phone tag every time I need something, I have left 2 voicemails trying to get a hold of them for my medication refills but they won’t call me back & I can’t get a live person… I shouldn’t have to beg for my medication refills. Now that Bryan has left, there is no reason to go here anymore and I have made an appointment with a better clinic in town. Really sad because I loved coming here."
"My husband and I have both gone to this clinic for different things. They were very friendly and so kind to my little one when I had to bring him with for an appointment. They were quick, knowledgeable, and were able to get me in fast when I had an infection. I would highly recommend seeing them. They even have a billing slide that puts you on a payscale based on income, so they are very lower income friendly."
"The staff is great. Very kind and helpful. The office staff walked me through their process and was a great help with the intake paperwork. The nurse was kind, thorough, and personable. She was able to draw my blood on the first stick. The doctor spent time reviewing my symptoms with me to make sure he understood the situation. Then he came up with a treatment plan. Follow up on labs was prompt, and explained well. I would recommend them."
