"H&R Block claims to have a tax identity shield but my identity was stolen through my H&R Block account. I went through all the correct procedures and they absolutely nothing to assist me. It´s the worst feeling ever having your identity stolen and I could pay hundreds of dollars less through other companies to file my taxes. I chose them since 2006 in the instance I need their assistance in this type of situation. When it comes to the time when I need their assistance, I receive none. Even got told to leave their business for asking, treated like a criminal. Devastating. I would never recommend them to anyone again. The person that stole my identity´s email address is still associated with my account to this day."
