"Spent the week of 8/28/2023 to 9/4/2023 had Zero Hot Water all week, reported it a man came out said it was the boiler but he wasn’t certified to fix it, so we had cold and I mean very cold showers all week on a relatively cool weather week. It was miserable, I would have thought they would have moved us or something, but no response to complaint or anything."
"Just stayed at unit 297. The pictures on the website are not accurate. The large sofa has been removed and replaced with a small uncomfortable futon/pull out cot. The bed was comfortable but unfortunately the rain gutter was missing outside the building which made water drip every few seconds right outside the bedroom window I would never return to this condo"
"We rented a townhouse in this association through Airbnb. I think all units are different so this isn’t a review of the specific unit we stayed in which I would still give pretty good ratings. The shared amenities are great. The clubhouse seems pretty new and it is very clean and well kept. The pool is very warm and the hot tubs are great. We especially love the sauna which is in the bathroom. This association is in an amazing location don’t think you can beat it for the price. Close to everything. We even figured out how to ski back to our townhouse from the bottom of First time( walk across parking lot of ski patrol, then cross the road) then you can ski back. A lot better than the bus back. We haven’t driven much here since everything is so walkable or easy with the bus. Such a great association to rent in if you are looking for easy access to everything and nice amenities."
"Good location, but 'studio' means WAY-TINY PLACE! Maintenance is lacking (mainly: kitchen faucet leaked into cabinet, so water and chunks of particle board formed a disgusting, fuzzy brew in dish drainboard; we also had a malfunctioning light switch), and maintenance only works on Monday (the day you leave). We noted that the shower valve needed replaced, because it 'slips' (jumps from cold to scalding). It takes a long time to get the hang of how to sneak up on 'warm;' several minutes elapse, which wastes a tremendous amount of water each time you bathe or shower; based on overall maintenance within that unit, my bet is the valve probably hasn't been replaced yet. There is also no dedicated PARKING for the studio units (at least not for ours!), and the few undesignated slots tend to be very full (no street parking is allowed, so you're basically HOSED). Speaking of hosed, if you do get into an undesignated slot, your vehicle gets basted by the sprinklers over night (not tragic, but unpleasant). Then there is inventory - there IS NO inventory, so you don't know what should be in the room. We asked for a skillet (which should have been there), but didn't get it til the 3rd day. Seems items migrate from the studios into the main units when folks rent both together, but housekeeping doesn't ensure everything gets back where it is supposed to be (very frustrating to make pancakes with no mixing bowl). Then there is the subject of scents: there was a plug-in 'room freshener' in the socket behind the TV, which I luckily found on day 1 (I turned it over to the office and let them know it was overwhelming). Unfortunately, they also use potent fabric softener, which made it difficult to sleep, as well as caused a number of sinus problems with my husband and my sinuses. There is a small balcony, with spider webs and no furniture on it! It faces the common area which featured a port-a-potty, right in front of our unit! We initially thought it was for the 4th of july crowd (golf course behind the condo is a prime viewing location, which was a plus!). However, at 7:06am on 5 July, the truck serviced it (loudly), didn't remove it. We then figured out it was for the roofers. Aah, the roofers! They were re-roofing several adjacent units, so there was daily noise (all day) and extra vehicles from the crews. And more noise from the truck picking up/replacing full dumpsters (the huge kind). And, unfortunately, temporarily placing one ... you guessed it... across 4 of the open parking spaces! Luckily, he retrieved it within a few hours. I should also note, this complex is a mix of RCI and Identity Properties vacation/rental units, as well as permanent residents. We were in an RCI unit. I don't know what type resident it was, but well after midnight a night or two before departure, someone's vehicle alarm spent several minutes honking/flashing in front of our neighboring unit. Rather disturbing!"
"Beautiful area right on the Park City golf course. The pool area is updated and perfect for families. There are two large hot tubs and plenty of seating."
