"We have lived here for nearly five years. I’ve always been impressed with the ongoing maintenance efforts. The friendly management and the great value for the beautiful location. Efforts are also made to have get together dinners hosted by the management on occasion to get the community to get to know each other if they like. Things like Taco trucks, catered meals, free gift wrapping supplies at the clubhouse during holidays, donuts and snacks at the clubhouse every Friday. I was actually shocked to see a couple bad reviews and wanted to voice my appreciation. I simply have loved everything about living here and I’m very thankful for the efforts of the management that I see continually."

"Management tried pinning everything on us to try and get us evicted, for no reason at all. Felt more like a prison then a place of living. But they are nice units, i can say that."

"Only been here about 6 months but we love it. Townhouse is cozy and plenty spacious. Grounds are kept clean and management has been great. Neighbors are nice and we have had no issues with noise or dogs or too many cars. Great location!"
