"They advertise on ktvz every morning multiple times, but you have to have a referral to get an appointment or allegedly wait for hours as a walk-in since they are so short staffed."
"I injured myself on the weekend and was able to walk-in to a NOW Care appointment with Dr. Healy on Monday. Everyone was kind and helpful, from the woman who checked me in to the x-ray tech Darren and Dr. Healy's nurse Erin. Dr. Healy took the time to explain my injury & his recommendations clearly to me. Now I am a few days out from surgery and on the road to recovery. As for the Redmond facility, the office was nice and clean (newly remodeled, I think) and wait time was minimal. I am more than happy with my experience with Dr, Healy and The Center."
"I have two experiences with the Center. The first is with their Prineville office. I broke my elbow. I saw the doctor who spent 5 minutes with me, told me to move it and didn't set it. He gave me 5 painkillers. I spent the next 7 months in pain because the refusal to set caused tendonitis The second was with Dr. Di in Redmond. I was sent to him for pain management. I saw him in July and was told to fill out release forms for my old doctor and they would call me back. It is now 2 1/2 months later and no call back"
"Today I had my second visit to the Center (Redmond office). I arrived on time. The doctor was an hour late, the receptionists and nurse were rude, the room was disgustingly dirty. Dust has been accumulating for quite some time and the bed you're supposed to lay on was dirty. It needed a good scrub. The walls had what appeared to be green snot on them. The paper towel holder, injection disposal box, door, door nobs, counter tops ALL were filthy. Gross. The doctor himself was nice, but every other staff member I had come across was cold, unempathetic, and generally appeared as though they would rather be anywhere else but there. My first visit was exactly the same last year. I'm very disappointed and will not be back."
