Any issues that came up over the years were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Brian took great care of us and our property. "Worst property management experience I've ever had. Every worker that Brian sends over either doesn't show up or doesn't finish the job before telling Brian that they did. Also, if you call Brian to get info about a work order that you submitted he'll tell you that he doesn't make their schedule and that's it. The paint guy, regular maintenance guy, the cleaners before we moved in, the window guys all told Brian the job was done when it wasn't. Either that or Brian was lying. Either way it didn't get done. We didn't have a stove when we moved in and after they got one for us it blew up on the first use. Currently waiting for the sprinkler guy even though the waters been on for a month and a half. Our move in date was pushed back like two weeks because of Brian's "workers" and we're just lucky we had a place to stay during that time. The only good thing we've noticed about this company is the lady that works in the office is super nice and will actually try to help you."

In the time that I owned the property, I never had a vacancy of more than a week and I never received a late payment. Brian was always on top of what maintenance was necessary and he got it taken care of quickly and with little to no effect on the rental or the tenants. "I have to say that I am a fan of how Brian runs his property management business. I have been in the industry over 18 years and I'm impressed with how he really takes the time to fully review his clients applicants. He actually checks references and looks at the credit report! He also takes the time to follow up on any repairs that are completed to make sure they were really done and done correctly. He has support staff to help him improve efficiency and is someone who cares about his clients bottom line. He's not the cheapest property manager you could hire, but he will improve your bottom line and make you a happy landlord who doesn't have the burden of knowing all of the fair housing laws!"
