Union Village Apartments

"Worst place I have ever lived and the included military housing. I was charged to replace window blinds that I went out and bought brand new, $200 for 2 blinds and installed them less than 30 days before I moved out. Property Manager is not on site only way to get hold of them is through text. The maintenance is horrible. First time was fine, every time after was like they had never been there. The property has several problems the sidewalks when ever it rains, snows or the water comes on to water the grass you have Hugh puddles of water to walk through that almost never goes away. The snow removal was bad also. Sometimes the it was not done until in the afternoon. So if you needed to get to work you had to wade throught deep snow. I moved in in Aug and you could not use the pool because of green water and half of the next summer it was closed for one reason or another.. I was excited to move in and 2 months after I did I knew I was not going to stay passed my lease. If you want an inexpensive place to live and don’t care about being able to walk on sidewalks then go for it."

"This place charges wear and tear. Which by law you can't do. They also wait after 30 days of eviction to charge. Which doing so after 30 days is in violation of article 2 of the Utah State Legislation. Doesn't offer walk through, along with claiming damages were dealt but already were there before we moved in. They will break the law underneath your nose."

"Living here has been the worst decision of my entire life. They lied to us, change things on us, refuse to help, and tried to steal from us. Tri3d entering without premission. When i ask for a few day exception because my wife was in the hosptial and told us tough luck and should of not had this happen. They have no sympathy for anything, yet they will get away with all of this because they are a company. I will never live here ever again and make sure no one else does too. Only person who should live here is either an attorney or a cop so they can arrest these people for how scummy they are and for all the lies they give you."

"Unavoidable puddles on walkways that get up to 4 inches deep. Management may as well be run by a five year old child. Construction garbage left on dog areas for 3 days. A tree had fallen over covering the smoking area and it took them 3 1/2 weeks to clear it. You will always feel ashamed having family/friends over because the property is poorly maintained."
