"First of all management is good and fair. Definitely. Read your lease agreement over and ask about the hidden fees we pay 2 different trash fees as well as small unnecessary fees like pest control never seen them and paying for the outside community lights and extra fees here and there. The unit we got was “” remodeled and most and up to date”” however after moving we noticed that the walls and doors as well with the utility closet. Was just re painted over and not redone the front door was the original door and had to get it fixed many times for not being able to exit our unit the maintenance guy said the whole frame is messed up just don’t be too hard on it the walls are also super thin you can here all around you the floors are also not level, so don’t expect your fridge to stay open the drawers do not have any wheels on them so it sounds bad when you open them but that’s normal I guess also expect the drawers to fall out but we have also purchased a filter with our own money after it expired a few years ago the management is nice but sometimes getting charged $200 to $300 over is ridiculous lucky we have resolved them base rent is about $1500 but expect to pay around $1800 After there fees they charge so expect to pay more for less good place but cheap materials not worth the “”upgraded unit”” also I expected an up to date thermostat like NEST or home security for paying for an upgraded unit but you get the same things just with “marble counters”"
