"These apartments are nice but the manager herself isn’t good you can put in a work Oder and it’ll take up to 2 week to a month maybe a year why bc she saids she only has one worker but your get paid to pay people to come fix the apartment why not bring in more guys and help fix things and replace things that need to be replaced but thanks to BOB he come to fix some things that needs emergency repairs he’s a good worker he deserves a raise!!!!!! He deserves some appreciation he works his but off to do everything he can before the end of the day we thank you and appreciate you Bob!! Rent just too high manager will fine you for not even using but just having thing sitting on the porch automatically fined! Which is dumb bc it’s not even being used it’s just there sitting there ."

"I’ve seen a lot of improvement lately and I’m super grateful! Our maintenance manager Bob has helped me so much any time I have an issue. It makes my life a breeze!"

"This has honestly been the best apartment complex I've ever lived at (I've been here for almost three years). Madison the property manager is always really friendly and accommodating. Whenever I have a question or call in, she is always very pleasant and knowledgeable. Maintenance is also very helpful, and will go above and beyond if you ask for help. Madison has also been very responsive when I have reached out with questions or any concerns (which I don't have much of here!). Honestly, I'm so glad I moved here, the grounds are well-kept and everyone is so friendly! The huge amounts of guest parking and the pool/hot tub are also a plus!"

"The people who work here don’t do anything. The gym equipment been broke for almost a year the hot tub was down for 4 months in the summer. There’s bathrooms next to the couple washers they have but they’re always locked because they don’t attend to them. Hopefully they do better at some point."

"Just recieved renewal notice after being here for 1 year never been late not a single time never ever put in a single work order and we recieved a rent increase of 27% that is insane I have heard of $100 increase but never 27%, are apartment was never painted, never cleaned, upon move in there was damaged walls and we asked if they were going to be fixed before moving in and sure enough never been fixed never complained about it but 27% rent increase is absorbed and very un professional and very greedy from management. Good luck getting a garage if u want one they have like 2 tenants that rent out all of there garages. Just beware if u plan to renew expect to be gauged on renewal"
