Dave, Todd will act like he is going to assist you long enough for them to create imaginary charges and send it off to a different collection services. This company not only frauds their residents but they also are frauding the government with section 42 and section 8 violations."

"Extremely unprofessional group managing Eagle Heights Village Townhomes. Fine people for the same thing they are not doing in the property they are supposed to be managing such as mowing, weeding and keeping things clean. Everyone living here is on edge waiting for their next fine because of someone else’s dog pooping on their lawn or some ridiculous inspection issue. On move out, they often refuse to return deposits and charge above that for issues that are non existent or completely exaggerated. No proof is given and they refuse to acknowledge tenants own move out photos or videos. Don’t even try to schedule a mutual inspection. They would not want that because how else could they give a one sided excuse to take more of the working class people’s money! So so sad."

"If I could I would leave a negative review! Extremely unprofessional staff! I have tried calling and leaving numerous voicemails for “Alex” about an issue for over 2 months now. He has never returned a call! I also spoke to “Sharon” and was told she would email Alex to return my calls. Haven’t heard from either once since that day! Their staff at the property I live at is extremely unprofessional & lazy as well! They don’t care about anything anyone has to say."
