"Do NOT move here. I’ve have called several times within the last month and no one answers or gets back to you. There is no one working in the office. Also our water/sewer/trash bill is over $200 a month here which is INSANE.. that’s more then our electric and gas. Something is definitely not right. Just everything since the moment we moved in has been a joke."

"The office never answers the phone. They are rarely ever in the office during office hours. They do not have a drop box for rent making it impossible to pay rent on time.Trying to get maintenance is difficult as well. There’s also a lot of kids there that like to throw rocks at your windows and doorbell ditch and wake you up at night."

"Living here has been an awful experience. Since we moved in our dishwasher had been broken and with constant back and for with management they still did not fix it after 6 months. Also a huge lack of communication where they purposely ignored almost all my messages and were unhelpful in fixing the situation at hand. They have constant office changes without letting anyone know but they’ll tape a paper to your door saying you didn’t give a full payment in front of other residents. I do NOT recommend living here"
