"I've been touring a lot of places in Orem and Utah. Ben's attention to detail, excitement and kindness is just a bonus to this new little community. By far the best tour I received."
"I’m really surprised by how good this place is; I’d say it’s one of the best I’ve ever lived in. Though I’m not originally from Utah, I’ve been here long enough to see that it’s rare to find a place that offers both quality living and good management support. This place is a big exception. Despite ongoing construction in some buildings, they really prioritize the quality of life for the residents. The place is beautiful, and maintenance responds to requests in less than 24 hours every time. What I appreciate most is how the staff genuinely care about our concerns and work hard to resolve any issues. They’re exceptional problem solvers. Of course, there’s always room for improvement, but after living here for nearly two months, I believe most issues arise because residents don’t fully understand what’s expected of them. I honestly can’t think of a better place to live in Utah County."
"I honestly fell in love with the potential of this place and how modern and beautiful the units are. I think once the whole thing is built out and management is better at communicating better expectations - it will be amazing! However, my husband and I were among the first residents to move in and the wrong expectations were set. Our bill changed several times as we were told we were or were not expected to pay certain additions. I didn’t enjoy our process of looking to move into a different unit as my lease came to an end because I would receive different quote each time. We paid a security deposit at the beginning of our lease like normal but was surprised by an additional charge at the end. I understand if things weren’t left to a certain standard—but no one likes receiving a surprise bill. Not only did they take the $500 deposit but they requested an additional $135 to cover carpet cleaning after we left. If there were any flaws in an apartment I rented, I am used to the landlord not refunding the security deposit—not charging anything additional. The thing is, these apartments/town homes are nice and I understand if they cost a heavy penny to maintain and I’m okay paying that IF there was communication before hand. I wasn’t told when I first signed that my security deposit was never going to make it back to me (they clean the carpets for all units when you move out) and that there would be an additional fine if it wasn’t to their standard (which also wasn’t communicated of what their standard was). I think future residents can agree that they would love/it would be easier to pay a bill if…. at the time of signing on they would communicate: - It’s a $_____ security deposit but essentially $____ won’t be refunded to you because of all the cleaning we do to keep the apartments nice regardless of how well you maintain it - And at the time of leaving a simple email that says you’ll be fined if x, y, z, expectations are not met. I don’t mean to be harsh with my review but only help management improve and help future tenants ask the right questions :) I do wish them the best"
"My husband and I plan to move in here in May. Seth showed us around, he was super helpful and nice. The townhomes were very clean and modern. Great location too!"
"Loved living here, we had the 3 bedroom, we loved the high ceilings and how open it was! The staff is attentive and personable and work with you best they can! I recommend it to anyone who doesn’t mind the price:)"
