"I would gave 0 star if I could. I moved in for 4 days. And they haven’t take care of my WiFi setting."
"New apartment community with a convenient location close to everything. The office and maintenance team is kind and attentive to all residents and guests. The rooftop amenities are awesome! If you’re looking for a beautiful place to call home that will offer all the amenities that someone could want along with gorgeous mountain views, this place is definitely it!"
"A beautiful community with kind and professional staff! The small horse pasture next door is well taken care of. The apartments are modern and open and the amenities are going to be amazing when open! The additional fees are standard at all apartment communities and provide convenience for a busy lifestyle. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming."
"I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about because all apartments have amenity fees and different things you have to pay before moving in like a security deposit and a deposit to keep the room booked. I moved in facing the freeway and you can't even hear the traffic, the "farm" that he talked about I've never smelled once, and that's with living at Canyon Vista for a year. All the appliances are brand new and extremely nice, you don't have to pay a gas bill to Dominion since it's not a furnace and AC that heats and cools the apartment, there's a TON of storage space in the kitchen compared to pretty much any apartment I've seen, and what he failed to mention is that since the amenities aren't open here yet, they're letting you use the ones at Canyon Vista which is literally a 12 second drive. With that out of the way, I really like this apartment. I haven't heard any neighbors, the apartment doors are keyless entry with a fob the unlocks it (you can also have your key on your phone which has helped me a lot since I suck at forgetting my keys lol), the balcony is a pretty good size with a storage closet which is probably a 4x4 room with a 10-15 foot ceiling, I absolutely love the appliances and storage capacity in the kitchen, and they have power outlets in a lot of areas (they even have an ethernet port for internet on both walls of the bedroom with 5 power outlets just in case of where you put your furniture). Also there's two elevators to get up and down the floors and they're really fast! But probably the BEST of all is the price for the apartment. We're paying almost $200 LESS than we first moved into Canyon Vista, and $300 less than when we left!! And because there's no gas furnaces, the only appliances we pay for outside of the fees is electricity. This is by far the cheapest place my fiance and I found, but it's also the nicest out of all the ones we looked at. They didn't cheap out, and the people that built the apartment did a really good job. Don't listen to the guy that posted that last review, it's overly critical for things every apartment has. Honestly just come see for yourself because it is a really nice place, I couldn't be happier :)"
"My wife and I just went in for an apartment tour and we are shocked. Here’s what they don’t tell you until you’re sitting at their desk: - $165 required monthly fee for amenities, internet, and trash pick up—even though the amenities are still under construction and will be for months. - $199 admin fee to "get the process started" whatever that means - $35 application fee per adult - $30-60 parking (with no with around it) - $14 renters insurance per month - $150+ for utilities (quoting the receptionist) - +$100 a month for any lease shorter than 12 months Other noteworthy things: - right in between a loud, busy freeway and a smelly farm - one of the receptionists kept calling us "hon" even though she's obviously our age. I think it was supposed to be charming but it was actually just weird and off-putting. - the apartments feel small compared to the photos, there's no other way to put it. Overall a huge waste of time. There are lots of other options that are much more reasonable."
