"It’s an ok hotel, but it makes more sense to stay at the Springhill Suites next door for almost the same price."

"Avoid this hotel. Feels like a motel that should be priced between $50 and $60 a night. Not updated it seems since the early 80s. Could be a great set for a horror movie. Not good."

"I’ve stay at this location. Lots of times for work. The customer service here is excellent.Tali checked me in. I explained to her that I work graveyard and need a room where I can sleep and as usual she got me the best room. The location is excellent. Very close to lots of places to eat and grocery store within three minute drive. The rooms are always very clean. Great staff, clean inside & out and a great location."

"Room was ok, although outlet by bed didn’t work and lock on door was missing a screw. Staff was not friendly at all. We’ve stayed at dozens of Marriott chain hotels. This is the only one we’ve ever found to not have an elevator. So we had to lug our luggage up stairs. It was also the only one who didn’t give us water when we checked in. Even when we asked. We are platinum elite and water is always offered. Even when we were lower status they always acknowledged the elite membership, thanked us for being a loyal customer, and gave us water. Often we even get a gift bag with snacks. Not this one. And when we asked for an upgrade (standard with platinum status, we don’t even usually have to ask) she didn’t even answer. Just said she put us in the middle on the second floor, “where it’s the quietest”. Either she doesn’t have a clue or just didn’t want to bother to give us a good room. We were right beside the stairs and were woken up by noisy kids and people going up and down the stairs in the middle of the night. We usually have a room at the very end of one of the halls, away from the road. This was neither. The lady at the front desk didn’t ask how our stay was when we checked out. Staff is not friendly at all. Overall, this was very disappointing. We’ve always enjoyed our stays with Marriott hotels, until this one. I’ve never written a bad review, ever. But I feel like people should know there is no elevator and terrible customer service. We’ll not stay here again."
