"Scott is great! While getting ready to go spend time with family on CHRISTMAS DAY, our sewage line backed up. Scott was here in 30 minutes! He ended up spending over two hours unclogging the pipe (much of the time, out in the cold). He was so dedicated, he went and got extra equipment, then came back to get the job done. After the extra equipment wasn't able to fix our problem, he was still determined to finish the job without us waiting until the next day. He came up with another possible solution, which is what finally worked. Thankfully, he completely took care of us!
