"This apartment is horrible. I have talked to the employee. If I can be on their Waiting list on October, she said in order to be in our waiting list, you must fill up an application. Bring the $70 to process the application and also $500 money order for the deposit. I did mention to the employee that my moving date. Is gonna be April 1st 2024. And she was okay with it. yesterday I have email that they can't process my application. Because it's still too early . I want back to get my money. And they refuse to return to me the $70. They return only the $500. The new manager, she apologized about her employee mistake and she said you have a credit if you want to come back on February 2024 to apply with us with the $70. To process the new application."

"If I could put a negative five stars I would because this place is wretched. My family and I currently live here and we are trying to leave but in order to do that the place we want to move to needs rental verification from this place and they won't answer the phone, they won't answer their emails, and when my step mom went down there to see if she could get them to answer the phone they are saying they never got anything. Not to mention the horrid service we got when we first moved in. The staff are lazy and nothing is ever taken care of here. Our apartment has some damages to it and we've put in the work orders to have it fixed but no one has ever come to fix anything and when inspections come through they always say that something needs to be fixed and that we should have told them about it. Don't move here, no one knows what they are doing and in my personal opinion the higher ups just want your money and don't actually care about you."

"The young girl at the front desk is very nice but the manager ( the old lady) is very rude ( the rudest person I have ever met in my life) and she is an aggressive person. I was trying to meditate between my sister who doesn’t speak English and her about an early lease termination because my sister purchased a house. Even though my sister submitted the 60 day notice but the manager is still requiring her to pay the entire lease ( my sister paid the 60 day rent and the manager asked her to pay another 4 month lease). I explained to the manager that my sister followed the housing regulations but the manager told me that she is not going to give exceptions. I insisted that I’m not asking for exceptions for my sister, I just want her to follow what it’s written on the contract where the manager is able to assist the situation and give solutions. And literally on the 60 day notice it said ( not the exact words) that IF the tenants fail to submit the notice, they will be responsible for the entire lease. When I asked the manager to read this part on the form, she threw it away underneath her desk and said let’s focus on the lease agreement. she wasn’t open minded to solve the problem at all. She was very rude from the beginning with us and she elevated her voice over my son and I. I will take the issue to the next level. I will contact the head cooperation managements."
