"Lived here for over 10 years and have been jumped by off leash dogs when walking my 11 pound shitzu six times now, I’m disabled and every time a dog comes at me and my dog causing pain and ptsd too us both. Always get told “ I’m sorry that there’s dogs off leash coming at you but we have no control of other residents guests that bring dogs over.” Certain breeds aren’t allowed but they say if they are a service animal then there allowed. Service animals are highly trained not to run after people walking dogs. Been through more management changes in those eight years that I have whiplash on all the changes each time. During the winter had no hot water or heat for two Weeks cause they couldn’t get my water heater fixed. They finally put in a new one after three different trys. Now I haven’t had a working washer for almost two weeks and I’m always calling for updates. I understand they get busy and “short staffed” but would be nice to get updates on anything I call about. Or even answer the phone when I call."

"Lived here for years, they recently switched management and it is a MESS. Went without hot water and heat for almost two weeks in December. Big dogs which are supposedly not allowed continue to attack my 11 pound dog and my mother, who is disabled. In which they CONTINUE to not do anything about. They only seem to take priority in “too much stuff on your balcony”. And other seemingly meaningless things. To say the least we are fed up, and getting tired of waiting for improvements."

"My mother in law has had a non-working washer for 2 weeks now and the complex management refuses to alleviate the issue in any manner what so ever. Not to forget the fact that when the water heater broke and wasn't producing heat management didn't get around to fixing it until almost 3 weeks had passed. Today a dog attacked her and her little dog causing harm to her and the pooch."

"My mother lives here and she didn’t have a working water heater/ heat for up to two weeks. Plus she doesn’t have a working washer now for 2 weeks as well and they refuses to fix it using their own money. And have not been reliable. My mother and her dog has been attacked 6 times or more by large dogs with no leash and has caused pain to her dog and her self. This complex sucks and refuses to do anything about the serious situation she’s put it. This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Management keeps changing and they all have been terrible I do not recommend living here.!"

"I love living here! The community is quiet and my neighbors are kind. The new management is wonderful!! I haven’t needed maintenance but I imagine they’re great, too. They take time to train employees and treat residents with respect. Wish I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ Great place to live!"
