"Jim and team are the best around. Honest, fair, trustworthy, punctual… I could go on and on. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They are the only HVAC team we use and always recommend to all of our friends."
"Pleasant Creek heating and air was very easy to work with and very professional. They converted the house to gas from propane and installed a new furnace."
"quick to respond to my questions and resolve my HVAC issues. They always work professionally and efficiently. They've installed units in my rentals and helped maintain or repair as needed."
"Jim was personally recommended and we're grateful for it. We were in trouble on a holiday weekend last fall and the temps were cold. My call was returned by Jim within minutes. Nathan was there within a couple hours despite their loaded schedule. The heater was 25 years old and done. Jacob, Nathan and crew were on top of it immediately. They had space heaters going and a replacement heater in place within 48hrs. The price was very competitive and was all inclusive. No requests for add-ons later. The work was professional and top notch and they were very respectful of our home. When spring came this year we decided to update the AC unit as well. We didn't hesitate to call Pleasant Creek again. It was the same great experience. I highly recommend Pleasant Creek!"
"My experience was not great. The techs didn't install the ducts to the specifications we had discussed with the bidder. They were instructed to run two duct lines side by side to allow us to sheet rock the smallest bulkhead possible. They spaced them 6 inches apart instead. Another run was supposed to be strapped to the floor joist and they dropped it 4 inches below the existing run. They also left debris and a significant amount of dirt behind. I had particles from the sub-floor they cut half way up my walls in multiple rooms. The techs gouged walls down to the basement and left marks on my white walls and baseboards. They also scratched my kitchen island, gouging the wood base and scratching the blue stone top in multiple places, which is not easily repaired. When I spoke with the bidder later that day, there didn't seem to be any concern for the damages and errors made. We were told a handyman could be sent if we wanted. We asked for the techs to return to fix the duct placement, we were told there were other jobs that they had to attend to and they wouldn't be able to return for a week. I had take off another day of work in order to be available for repair. The tech who showed up a week later to fix the problems seemed annoyed when I pointed out the errors made the previous week. I was disappointed in the process, the service, and was sad to find out I was asked to pay full-price for services that now required me to repair multiple parts of my newly renovated kitchen and bedroom."
