"Frank Leslie Leach (goes by the nickname of "Lee") belongs in PRISON!!!!! He has stolen literally hundreds of thousands of dollars from people he gets his product from, and from those whom he sells product too. He accepts, but never pays for the product from suppliers, and he accepts payment from, but either doesn't deliver product to the customer, or the product delivered is vastly inferior to what was agreed on, and totally worthless. None of his tires are roadworthy, they are all JUNK! Frank Leach is a liar, thief, scam artist, and an all around belligerent individual to encounter, and he knows it! His business names have been: Used Tires International, Rolling Rubber Tires, and now Used Tire Co. He keeps changing names, phone numbers, and business locations, to avoid his many, MANY, creditors. This 'business adress' here is accurate, and where he stores all his equipment and product, and himself. This is not one of the many rental units he hops around from. If anyone needs to sue Frank, this is his address."

"Frank Leach is a crook and doesn't pay his bills. He still owes us $2700 for a load of tires we transported for him. Nothing but a bunch of lies and empty promises from him. It has been 6 years since we hauled the load and it was supposed to be paid in 30 days. He even went as far as to mock me when I was demanding payment. Do not do any business with him or his business. I have since been contacted by multiple people that have been scammed by him as well. Including one gentleman who purchased a truckload of tires that should have been taken to a landfill instead of sold. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HIM, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!"
