"If you want to be charged for damage or wear and tear from previous tenants or charged for another month and other amenities AFTER you move out. This is the place. They are cheap. These guys own the off campus apartments as well. They charged me after I moved out both. They are scammers. They only care about the money. Their foundation is cracking. They haven't had an inspection for several years"

The only issue we've run into with them so far has been the lack of cleanliness of the unit at our move in date, but after reaching out to management about it they were more than willing to help resolve the issue."

"This apartment complex is very convenient location, the units are very spacious there's on site laundry you can pay for with your debit card instead of having to use quarters. There's a pool & it's right by Weber state & the bus lines. Also tons of shopping across the sturdy is grocery store. Highly recommended!!!"

"Hands down best apartment complex I have ever lived in. the dining and kitchen area are Spacey as well as the two bedrooms in my unit bathroom has double sinks I love that, especially having kids. There's a pool on site which is a definite bonus specially if you have children. I don't have a washer and dryer in my unit however there are washer and dryers available and what I like most about them is that you can connect your phone to an app so you don't have to carry down a pocket full of quarters. The staff is more than accommodating & any issues are taken care of, in my experience, withon 24 hours. As far as Safety & Security goes, anything concerning I never called him out was handled literally immediately. The property itself is in a great location super convenient because the bus stops are right here it's close to the college coming that personally makes me feel a little safer and there's a grocery store right across the street gas station T-Mobile Starbucks 20 much anything you need that are lie within a 2-minute walk."
