"Let me start by saying.. this property is beautiful y’all! I am in love with how spacious and open my apartment is. As a single woman I feel very safe with the key coded doors you have to use to even get up to my floor. The amenities are def not lacking and the office staff was nice and so helpful."
"As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness and decorations that were up for St Patrick’s day. It made the place feel very welcome. I was greeted by Hailey, with a big smile and great attitude. I felt like was actually important and not someone who has to be dealt with. She seems like she genuinely loves her job, and it showed as she took us through the complex, explaining amenities throughout, and getting to know my wife and I. Asking personal and genuine questions to find the best fit for us. The apartments were spacious and clean, as a handyman myself I am very particular to a finished apartment. And it passed my tests. Walls were patched and painted, carpets had been cleaned, unit was ready for move in. The amenities were great including an awesome theater room that can be used. Hailey helped us through the whole process constantly smiling. I would recommend this complex to anyone, great place, close to schools, restaurants, and freeway. If you go ask for Hailey - she was awesome !!!"
"I love this apartment so much. I personally have never lived in such a nice place before and I enjoy everything about this apartment complex. It’s well maintained, every single person I’ve talked to that works here is wonderful, and I love the amenities. It has a clean gym, beautiful pool, a hot tub which we use a few times a week sometimes more, and a mini “store” for the tenants which has snacks, drinks, laundry detergent, etc. the only thing that kind of sucks is the amount of dog poop on the sidewalk and in the grass just outside of the apartment but that’s due to other dog walkers although I do hope a solution is found to keep it clear from that in the future. If you’re looking to move here, I highly recommend!"
"Wonderful experience living here! Nice neighborhood, great amenities, clean, updated and well kept. The management was very pleasant to work with our entire time here. We were relocated out of state and sad to leave this property. We provided adequate notice and followed all move-out instructions so our relocation was flawless. Thank you again for providing us with a wonderful home and experience!"
"If you’re looking for a place to live, this is not it. Management changed a few times while living there (all terrible). The moving out process is ridiculous. If you decide to live here make sure to give them 60 days notice before your lease ends or you’ll be stuck for another 2 months even if your lease ends. And document and take pictures of everything because they will charge you for random things. It seems like they like to replace microwaves when you move out (damaged or not) luckily we documented that ours had a crack before we moved in. But we still had to fight for it even though we documented it on the move-in list. Even if you clean the place spotless before moving out they will charge you a partial cleaning fee (scam). So take pictures so you can prove you cleaned it. Also you will get charged apartment fees for a couple months even after moving out (another property management scam). Do yourself a favor and check other places before signing a lease here. But if you do decide to move in just remember it will be a pain to move out and throughout your stay management won’t be much help at all. Would not recommend living here Side note: some dog owners do not pick up after their dogs, which is unfortunate."
