"You will be nickled and dimed to death. The properties own maintenance locked us out of our garage for over 2 weeks we asked for part of the money back and Olga wasn't even reasonable. That's the property manager we moved in with rent being around 1450 we are now paying over 1900$ and she can't give back what we technically are owed. I suggest talking to other tenants here don't just take my word for it because of my bad experience. Talk to others so you know you are better off looking elsewhere"

"This is a nice place with a good variety of amenities. The apartment itself is pretty standard, but well taken care of. All appliances are already in the place and are fixed for free. Maintenance does a good job of fixing problems pretty quickly. They have doggie stations with free baggies, along with a little fenced in dog park. There's a pickleball court and basketball. Also super close to Smith's and Walmart, which is a big plus. Pretty close to I-15, too."

"Currently living here, and as much as I used to like it, it's really gotten worse and worse. During the summer, all of the gass is flooded and during the winter, this one at least, the hot tub has been down since Labor Day. My kids and I would love to enjoy ourselves in our community hot tub, but alas they don't seem to care to fix it. Management can also be pretty rude. I'm definitely not renewing my lease here"

"Stay away! Pretty awful experience living here. You can see all the notes and I should have listened but my son went to spectrum academy and I needed to stay here. When I moved in they never did an inspection. The place was in terrible shape. I had broken appliances, broken window, ripped screens, and the carpet was nasty. They told me the carpet was well beyond life. So they had me fill out the form but because I did it fill it out to their specifications. They nailed me with all kinds of charges when I moved out. They of course do verbal agreements but then they switch management and they don't make any notes. They told me they made notes but they did not. Maintenance will walk in with out being announced even though you tell them not to. They walked in on me and the shower and my minor son who is also in the shower a different day. I had issues with the neighbors and they don't deal with it. They tell you to call 911 lol. The police just laugh. Be like you need to talk to your management. There's nobody patrolling or any type of security whatsoever. When you have issues they do nothing again. I have people parking in my paid spot and there's nobody to call. They have an after hours number but they don't do anything. They have people parking in fire zones and handicap spots and they do nothing. And BEWARE! The cams are ridiculous. You are responsible for water and they overwater all of the grass. They have broken sprinklers everywhere and they do nothing. The place is not built very well. My electricity bill was well over $250! This is just a really awfully run place and you cannot trust the management company because they will take everything they can from you. They charge me over $1,000 when I moved out.... And this was stuff that was already broken and messed up and they denied it. And you can see a pattern here. Just awful. Awful awful. Stay away"
