"PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! I’ve been leaving here less than 2 months and they already are charging me for things that are used in the office, like I pay for their electricity, I pay for the gas that they use, etc. and they just added it to my rent. When I was moving in here I asked if there was gonna be other fees and they said no just what they explained me, which of course it was a lie, they were so kind at the beginning and sent me like 5 times links to do a review on them and I was about to because everything looked good but good thing I waited and well, now HERE is your REVIEW, no wonder when I started to move in I saw a bunch of people moving out like a lot, that’s why there is not so many people living here, don’t really pay attention to the new 5 starts review cause it’s from people who barely moved in and they were sent link from the office but I assure you that later on they will be more bad reviews."

"We did enjoy our time at the Kelton. We were disappointed that BBQs were promised and not ever given. The space and the unit were great. Had wonderful Mountain View’s. Tenants were LOUD in the parking lot and heard kids running around all day, but that apartment living. The ladies in the front office were always fast to help with issue. Our main reason to leave was the gym. It never seemed clean and equipment always broken."

"I had a tour a few days ago, and the tour itself was great. The apartment was beautiful and clean. All my questions were asked with ease. The conversation felt comfortable and professional. Would recommend this to someone who isn't worried about making noise for your upstairs and downstairs neighbors."

"I have been at the Kelton for two months. So far, I’ve really loved it. I did have a problem with the payment system and my first payment didn’t happen. I was charged quite a bit of money and not given a break. The grounds are clean. People are friendly, and my large dog is very welcome. The apartment is very comfortable and the space is used intelligently. I hope to stay for a long time. Jan 2024: I have been here for seven months now. Everyone is so kind and helpful! Maintenance requests are responded to almost immediately. And the maintenance people do a wonderful job keeping everything looking good. I highly recommend The Kelton if you have pets."
