Hawthorne Townhomes

"Fantastic move in experience. Jett, Skyler, Vicky were all super kind and accomodating with some requested changes we had. The upkeep and care of the property is top-notch and my one small maintenance request was handled within 12 hours. The community itself, I am really enjoying so far. The amenities are very nice and the neighbors are very friendly and quiet. I'm in an interior unit surrounded by 2 others and haven't heard a peep from either side which is a pleasant surprise."

"Lived here for 3 years, great place to live. Close to downtown and everything going on, with all the space of a townhome. Jett and Vicki from the office were always friendly and great to work with. Luis was the best for maintenance. I'd put in a request and he'd have it fixed same day most of the time. Will miss Hawthorne!!"

"My family and I lived here for just over 4 years and would have been there for many more years if it were not for needing to be in a single floor house due to some physical conditions. 1. The property staff has always been available, supportive and attentive to any concerns or needs we had. We will sorely miss this above all. Vicki, Jett, Skyler and Sadie made this place a little piece of heaven in this crazy world. 2. The amenities were to die for. We had many, and I mean many, parties in the club house and loved that we NEVER had to worry about not having enough room, food or entertainment. Everyone loved the experiences and memories we shared at the events. 3. My children lived in the pool from the beginning of the season to the end. They will miss this the most. The pool got a little crowded at times, however, that never deterred them from being water guppies. 4. I never felt unsafe or worried about my children running around in our community. I felt so safe that we played night tag with our Nerf guns on almost all warm nights. My friends felt safe enough to let their children run wild with ours too. 5. Having Dali Crepes right there made little family date nights during nasty weather still possible. Music nights were the best, even if not dining at the establishment. I already miss Hawthorne, all it had to offer and the people who made it possible to call home."

"We loved living at Hawthorne. It's close to downtown, clean, and safe. It has all the amenities plus a dog park and garden boxes. The management team was always professional, friendly, attentive, and cared about our situation. We were sad to have to move. If we even need to live near downtown again we would love to live there."

"This place is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever rented from. Management will walk into your apartment without any warning, the management is aggressive and unwilling to help. We cleaned out apartment with 4 people helping, wiped down all the ways, filled all nail holes, deep cleaned the carpets, vacuumed the carpets, steamed and swept the floors. We literally did everything but paint the apartment and still left with an $800 bill past our security deposit, I was able to talk them down to about $450 by threatening small claims court on their charges. This place is a racket, they will charge you for everything and anything they can. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Don’t rent here unless you love hidden fees."
