"If I could give zero stars, I would. You’re honestly better off being homeless than living here. Expensive. Terrible groundskeeping. If something breaks that isn’t your fault, don’t expect them to fix it. But you can bet you’ll pay for it when you move out. They’ll figure out any possible way to not give your deposit back, including making up reasons to replace perfectly well-kept carpet and flooring. They sent our bill to collections after not even 30 days while I was still trying to work with Candace’s boss because we disagreed with the fact that we owed money. They don’t care about making anything right or fixing any problems. My advice… run the other way. Find somewhere else to live. As you can all see, Candace has responded to my review seemingly turning the blame on us and not telling the whole story. What compromise was there to come to? Please show me examples. I’d love to see it. But I know you won’t because there was no discussion. You ghosted us the moment there was some sort of contention telling us you people would get your money whether we paid you directly or not (I have the email). We didn’t damage the carpet, therefore, we shouldn’t be responsible for paying for it. You couldn’t provide proof that you all had put new carpet in the unit BEFORE we moved in so the issue underneath the carpet very well could’ve been from the previous renters. The community and who it is run by is really just a big joke."

"I have lived here for almost 2 years now. Candice is an amazing property manager. She is someone that replies quickly to any concerns we have. She also makes the lease renewal so easy and effortless. Devin is the maintenance employee and goes out of his way to help anytime any issues arise on the property. He is very friendly and keeps to his promises of work to be done. It will be a sad day when we have to move out, but as of right now we have no plans of moving"
