"***Writing a second review because I worked with Brett again*** I have now worked with Brett twice, and I certainly plan on working with Brett again in the future for any of my real estate needs. Brett always does everything he can to make a complicated process simple and easy for his customers, and he is the best in the business at getting a good deal. After significant market research, I came to Brett with what I thought my home's fair market price was. He told me he could get me 10% above that. I thought he was being too aggressive with it, but he held to his word and got 10% above what I originally expected--even while home prices across the state were falling due to rising interest rates. Brett did an exceptional job throughout the process of helping prepare and list the home, hosting open houses and other viewings, communicating market trends and patterns to me to make sure we were accurately priced, giving genuine advice and opinions on offers, and marketing the home across numerous channels and relationships. Brett has a lot of experience in the field and is able to draw on a broad array of relationships to garner attention that other agents can't. I'm a very thorough person, so I especially appreciated his detailed emails with information about "competitors" in the area that were selling similar homes. He was that impressive. From start to finish, Brett has been an excellent realtor as well as a friend. He constantly asked questions I didn’t even know I had. He quickly learned about what we were looking for in a house, and found many properties for our consideration. He gave us his honest opinions when we toured houses, and he led talks with selling agents to negotiate better deals. He fought for every last dollar, showing his strong understanding of when to push and prod the selling agent. He demonstrated strong knowledge of the market, and people knew him everywhere we went. Also, Brett has a strong education and professional career, providing him with deep understanding of contracts.
