"I've lived here 9 years. If you lived here before 2016 there are new owners and they have been doing great upgrades. Be careful as they do not require any residents to follow the rules on the lease you are required to sign yearly. People smoke on the grounds . Animals are left home alone crying and managers can't or won't do anything about the residents causing problems. The buildings are very old so only one has a fire sprinkler system because it was built after 2005 when a building burned down ."

"Still paying rent on the apartment, I no longer live in. Been denied access to the mailbox, that I am also, still paying for. All I want is my stuff forwarded to me at my new address. Nobody returns calls, emails, or messages through their portals."

"I was checking out these reviews and noticed that a lot of people are motivated to leave one when they have a bad experience. That totally skews the perspective of people researching these. Let me tell you about a GOOD experience that I just had with the maintenance/office staff THIS morning. I’d had the heater go out. It’s 36 degrees outside! They responded right away and when the maintenance man determined that the problem was severe, they called out a pro. He came and worked on the heater for less than an hour. Now it works and I’ll be comfortable in no time. This is the kind of stuff that happens every day around here, but without the fanfare of a cataclysm. I want to say that Annette and her team do a great job. They aren’t magic workers, and any building in the world is vulnerable to problems outside the instant control of management. But I see firsthand how the crew here really does prioritize the wellbeing of their tenants. Here’s one good review to hopefully balance out some of the ones from frustrated people. I hope that puts things more in their proper perspective. Thanks, guys!"

"Absolute joke of an apartment complex. Lived here for a year and we couldn’t wait to get out. Units are old, and run down. We got a “partially renovated” unit and nothing about it was renovated. Our AC went out in the summer and took forever for them to fix it. heater went out during the middle of winter last year, light went out in the kitchen and it took them 3 days to replace the bulb. If I could give it zero stars I would. We gave them a 30 day notice and were still getting charged for a month when we no longer live there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dumpster fire of an apartment complex. Talked to other residents while we lived there, and everyone had issues going on in their units."

"Carter was amazing! He was so incredibly kind and compassionate. He was very informative, educated, and invested in this apartment community. We've already signed a lease. Because of Carter, we are ending our 2-year homeless streak and finally getting a place we can call home!"
