"The apartment was filthy upon move in and the outside was consistently covered in cigarettes and trash. Dumpsters were gross. Management was slow to respond and rude. We never received our final bill when we moved out and it was never put in our portal and they sent us to collections. Horrible experience all around. Do not recommend to anyone."
"Great property. Lived there for many years and never had one problem. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great safe place to live. Kid friendly and pet friendly. Leasing manager is awesome and willing to work with you. Way worth going to look at -2023"
"I have mixed feelings about this place. The bad outweigh the good, so that’s my reason for a 1 star review. Before we moved in, I noted that the closet door in one of the bedrooms was broken and needed to be fixed and the screen door that leads to the balcony, if you wanna call it that, was also broken. Was told it would be fixed, and they’re still broken. Haven’t made any further attempts at getting them fixed cause I don’t want random people in and out of our place all the time. Our water heater and dishwasher went out and they were replaced the next 1-2 business days so that was nice. They pretty much leave you alone, unless you’re 1 day late on rent then they will put a 3 day pay or vacate notice on your door. And the dumpster bins are DISGUSTING. People just throw their trash on the ground."
"Quite possibly the WORST apartments Ive ever lived in. The management changes weekly, maintenance never happens because they have a new employee weekly. Dog poop everywhere, loud kids unsuprrvised in the pool and running around the playground. Loudest apartment complex in the neighborhood between the echoing paper thin walls dogs barking and kids yelling. Quiet time is not enforced. Kids run up and down the stairs in the stair wells. Its a ghetto apartment in a ghetto neighborhood."
"We've been here over 2 years and mostly everything has been great. The property manager, Brooklinn, has been excellent to work with, but multiple vendors they have hired for various repairs have no-showed multiple times, including one time that required us to vacate the unit for the entire day causing us to reschedule another day to vacate. There is a leak in the foundation which destroyed my belongings, but they kindly offered to reimburse me for a replacement while the repairs are still pending. The maintenance team has to be reminded to finish jobs and then reminded again to finish them properly, but Brooklinn is very understanding and is extremely willing to help when notified of issues. This is an edited review after previously leaving a 1-star review because of my frustration with the vendors and maintenance staff, but the management and corporate teams have been very understanding and helpful. A few more things to note that weren't mentioned in my original review that are unrelated to issues within my specific unit - Dog poop around the property is not dealt with very often. When we moved in I had to pay for a DNA swab kit in order to incentivize pet owners to pick up their dogs poop or risk a fine, but it seems that this service is not utilized often enough, it at all. Kids run rampant without supervision near the playground area and will frequently remove tons of poop bags from the dispensers and then litter them all over the yard, sometimes filled with dirt or mulch. Candy wrappers, belongings, empty bottles, etc. can be found scattered around the playground pretty much any day of the week. The trash and dog poop is picked up at most once or twice a week but it reappears quickly. There are a few cigarette butt receptacles around the property, but they're frequently moved around (probably by the kids, I'm not sure) so people will just throw their used butts in the grass around the playground our directly outside of their balconies rather than finding the missing receptacles or a trash can."
