"Reeder Property are crooks! They will keep your entire deposit, each time you move. They keep things from landlords, charge you made up fees for anything they can think of and will barely repair any broken part of your apartment. Our ceiling was leaking, they hired someone to come in and fix it, he left white paint on the floor, they then charged us for that paint. We moved out of one reeder apartment, (cleaned it thoroughly), then into another, which was unclean and damaged, they kept all of our deposits both times."

"Poor service, fill out application forms they ask you to keep resubmit the same forms, telling you they have them, then they don’t back and forth until the property is no longer available. I have spent $200 in application fees with them in the last 12 months and gave nothing to show for it. Worked with another property management company and within a week was approved and secured an excellent home, with consistent service from them. Would not recommend Reeder Riverdale/ Logan office"
