"I just have to say that this has been the best apartment I have ever had! It is the first time I have lived in an apartment where I couldn't hear my neighbors talking behind the walls! Haha it was always so quiet, everyone minds their business, the grounds are always well kept and maintenance takes care of any issues promptly! Kailey is the BEST APARTMENT MANAGER EVER! She was extremely welcoming and helpful in the situation that I had going on upon move out. She made things so painless and I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone but her! I highly recommend this low-key and cute apartment community! You won't be disappointed!"

"Getting my first apartment by myself was very stressful for me but the apartment manager Kailey Made it such an easy process! I actually ended up at Aderra Up there, by accident, thinking I was going to an appointment at another apartment complex! But after working with Kailey, and then working with other apartment managers, I immediately knew Aderra was the place for me! Kailey gave me the apartment of my dreams, on the exact floor that I wanted, facing the exact direction I wanted, and more beautiful than I could’ve ever wanted! She kept in touch with me during the entire approval process easing my anxiety! In fact, She has always taken the time to talk me through any questions I’ve ever had. (She literally talks to me like a friend talking to a friend and I appreciate that more than anything). The maintenance man Nick has known Not only my name, but my dogs name since day one, And, Is always stocked up with dog treats, And always willing to help with anything! The pet friendly atmosphere at Aderra is Incredible! I would assume the majority of renters have dogs there, so everyone is very understanding and loving! Thank you Kailey, Nick and Aderra for a home that I beyond proud of to live in!"

"I love to call this place home. Property manager (Kailey B) is amazing! She is honest and just an amazing property manager! She helped my move be quick and easy. Always answers my questions in a timely and respectful manner. Maintenance guy Nick, is also amazing and gets to work orders quickly! Two of the most helpful people here at Aderra!"

"I spent two years at this place. Overall, it was a nice place to live. Too expensive though - as everything is in Utah. Which is why I don't live in Utah anymore. Changed property managers a few times while I was there and changed property management companies once. Never had any issues here until I moved out. I've rented for the past several years in different states and always received my security deposit back......until this place. Hence the two stars. I left the apartment in great condition (as I always do), but did not receive a dime of my security deposit back. Just beware - they will nickel and dime you until there's no security deposit left - even if you leave the place in good condition. Update: I have changed to 1 star review. I have emailed and called the property as suggested to discuss why I did not receive a dime of my security deposit back and have received NO response."
