"Beware. One landlord, Shelly, doesn’t get her townhouse fixed if anything happens. Doesn't care if her tenants are endangering the lives and wellbeing of the kids and other tenants or running illegal activities and have the cops taking them to jail every week. One tenant, Chris, has made living here hell. Always trying to start fights with everyone, even people he doesn’t know. Making very inappropriate comments to the children. Pulling out guns on people for no reason. And nothing is being done about it by the landlord or management. I personally do not feel like this is a safe area to live in anymore."

"A lot of slumlord landlords, drug dealers, traffic in and out all hours of the day and night, sheriff's office patrols every other hour, upkeep of the grounds is very poor it could really be a nice place if someone actually try"

"This place has turned to trash over the last year; Sheriff's Dept. is here at least once per week, nobody abides by the HOA rules that are posted all over the complex [the HOA itself doesn't enforce them anyways,] and dogs and cats roam free and unsupervised. The only good points are our awesome maintenance guys who bust their humps 24/7/365 to keep the grounds up to snuff, and the insulation between the units- very little noise transfer, better than most apartments. It would be a lot better if the various property management companies would have a line of communication open with the HOA as well as vetting their potential tenants better. If you're planning on renting or buying, you're better off in the buildings towards the back of the complex, the first 4 buildings house most of the problems. I sure wish someone had warned me before we moved in! We recently acquired a new HOA manager and I'm hopeful that I will be able to give this place a higher review soon!"
