"The living space is smaller but nice, we had problems with parking near our apartment. The dog park has a lot of poop that has yet to be picked up by dog owners and the trash cans normally fill up as the poop bags run out. Not a bad place to live, walls aren't super thin but you can hear someone tapping through them."

"One lady Rachel, LITERALLY SAVED me and my mom from being homeless. These guys are so diligent, courteous, and all around a god sent. If Rachel didn’t help us when she did my mother and i would probably be sleeping in a gutter by now. THANK YOU RACHEL!!!"

"Love this place, beautiful area and very clean. Pool are big lots of space to walk and sit. Fitting are huge and clean. There office always clean and it’s also huge! The maintenance always there when need it. She always answer her phone and return text right away. She’s super cool, like friendly hardworking. Always keep the area clean.listen to her tenant. Her name is Jamie. She is super perfect to her tenant. No matter she is not on duty but she alway help her tenant. People’s at the office are super nice too. I really appreciate all of you. I’m really miss this beautiful place. But my budgets is down hill! Thank you so much Jamie for all you do! And the office people too. Please keep it that way and don’t loose it!"

Apt is quiet and well designed. But it is Jamie and the caring staff that keep me renewing my lease year after year."

From Jocelyn who helped me above and beyond what I thought someone would to get in here to Jamie who does the maintenance and so much more I have definitely felt like this is home.
